-         The online community works best when users can share, and access, each other’s Postings. You are welcome to upload Your Postings as you wish, subject to these terms, and to the guidance in  SSEN’s guidelines. In order to share fully, and make the online community a success, we need your permission to make Your Postings available to other users. By using the Website, you agree to grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use Your Postings. You need to be aware that, if you include any personal information in Your Postings, it may not be secure. Cookies

-         The Website uses cookies to track user sessions. Alongside Google Analytics, we only use two cookies. The first cookie is ‘session’, which is deleted when your browser is closed. The second cookie is ‘authautologin’, which expires a month after it is set. The ‘session’ cookie is used to allow you to log in and out of the site and is a part of the Kohana framework the site uses. The ‘authautologin’ cookie lets us store login details if you would like to automatically login when you visit the site and is required for the ‘remember me’ function. This stores a random ‘token’ we use to check you are who you say you are. Both of these cookies are encrypted and salted to prevent you from tampering with them.

While we would try to explain our reasons for doing so, it may not always be possible to provide such an explanation at the same time as the suspension or termination.

In addition to these terms and conditions there are also SSEN guidelines which we ask all members of the online community to adhere to.
