Who are we?
SSEN distribute electricity and create transmission networks to over 3.7 million homes and businesses across the North of the Central belt of Scotland and also Central Southern England. We are responsible for maintaining the electricity networks with our first priority to provide a safe and reliable supply of electricity to the communities we serve in Scotland and England.
What is the SSEN community?
The SSEN community is a place for our customers to chat with one another, share their experiences, thoughts and ideas and have lively debate about all of the services we provide. It is also a place where customers can take part in polls and surveys to help shape our existing and future services.
Explain Market Research helps us manage the SSEN community and they are a market research agency http://www.explainresearch.co.uk/. Ellie from Explain is the SSE community manager and it is their job to keep an eye on what is going on in the community and pick up your comments.
